First things first...Both our real estate and equipment appraisals are driven by the guidelines set forth by the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). In addition, we have numerous State Licenses for real estate that ensures our clients we uphold and are compliant with specific State requirements, licensing, and testing. In addition, under USPAP, we are required to participate in continuing education to maintain adherence to the ever changing laws both for lending as well as for reporting of an appraisal.
