In addition, we have numerous State Licenses for real estate that ensures our clients we uphold and are compliant with specific State requirements, licensing, and testing. In addition, under USPAP, we are required to participate in continuing education to maintain adherence to the ever changing laws both for lending as well as for reporting of an appraisal.  Equipment appraisal is not a state or federal licensed profession; however, comprehensive training, experience, knowledge, and reporting makes the difference between a "Certified" and "Uncertified" Machinery & Equipment Appraiser.
